Models such as o1 could plan and self-correct. The experience shifted from prompting a fluent machine to working with a system that could reason through a problem.

Imagination became visible.
Nano Banana could render what existed only in the mind’s eye. AI had moved from generating media to extending the range of human imagination.
05 · The Orchestrator · 2026
Imagination became reality.
Claude Code turned intent into working software. OpenClaw extended that work into agentic systems that could act. The role shifted from making every piece to orchestrating many capable minds.
The arc now runs from generated media to orchestrated systems: imagination made operational.
